STAY AWAY! This place has mice that will get into all of your boxes. We had our house packed up in Westborough Self Storage for 2 months and mice got into everything. The owners basically told us sorry, but it's not their problem. Insurance doesn't cover rodent damage in storage units! We too him took the owner to small claims court and lost due to state laws protecting self storage owners.

Most of my things were ruined or damaged by mice and water in the six months I had things stored here. Do not use this storage company unless you insure everything you put in it. There is no recourse, as the contract states they do not insure. So I lost a couch, loveseat, and bookcases not to mention all the fabric items from the mice. Look for mouse holes at the front bottom of your unit!
