We went in to inquire about a structure for our back deck and the woman first looked at us like we has 10 heads as we walked thru the door and sat down to try and talk about pricing etc. she had no knowledge of any pricees or when the "guy who handles that kind of stuff" will be back. Thier aprence is great. But the sustainer service side of this business SUCKS. My suggestion is to get rid of the dirty look givig, rude and in knowledgable woman and hire someone who wants to learn and know about the business. No one. I know will be going there. I sugest you do the same unless you want to be treated like scum.

sub standard work they do not return phone calls about problems they use rino decking plastic decking 1 year old already fading and splitting WOULD NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING VERY UNHAPPY they still refuse to come out and do the repairs worst home improvment we ever made for our house in natick ma
