Just got ripped off. Sales clerk overcharged me $5.00 on Mexican shirt, then wouldn't run my card through to correct her mistake. Wanted me to find a $5.00 item to make up the difference instead. There was nothing else that I wanted, so I was SOL! My family and I will never stop there again.

Usually I hate souvenir shops . Went to sharkys because the had to buy goggles for my kids . It's nice here, with some useful gifts (mugs, kitchen items, taffy, etc.). Definitely better than your average souvenir joint. got a lot of stuff for great price

Went to this store this afternoon. Mother in law was using their bathroom, which you are only able to get into by an employee letting you in by key(1 person bathroom). To even get the key, we were told to "find the employee in the store that has it." We eventually found it, however while my in-law was in it, a young child and stubborn mother screamed outside of the bathroom until an employee let them in, without knocking. The customer and employee then realized that it was occupied however the employee allowed the customer and child to force my mother in law out, the door even remained open while she tried to cover herself and stand up. She didnt get a chance to wash hands. I'm disgusted with this store, and the employees. We didnt get so much as an appology, for this negligence. I'll go to Cuffy's from this point forward, ive never had bad service there.
