Chris and his team do great work and are very polite, courteous and ethical. Chris himself is a true leader and does what he says even if it takes more time you can count on him to completing every task he sets out for. I always give constructive criticism and all I can say about that is Chris tries a little to hard sometimes to please his customers and leaves himself open to being treated unfairly by picky customers that "nickel and dime" him at every opportunity. That being said, Chris is the hardest working small business owner I've seen in a long, long time. Koch and Sons are the only ones I will call to do work on my home! His recent troubles losing his life and business partner Jess is tragic and my heart goes out to him at this truly tough time. Keep your head up Chris. You have a lot more of people that support you!
