Want some good work done on your vehicle, these guys are the one's to visit. They take a lot of pride in their work. That is very hard to find these days. Real nice guys too. You won't regret the drive if you need any kind of work done on your wheels!

All my cars get repaired here they are honest and do excellent work. I have had all 3 of my cars here!

I had an engine head repaired from Thomas Tire on my 2008 Honda Civic... They did not properly mount my engine. as a result after picking it up I thought It was just that it was repaired poorly but it was simply that they hadn't properly mouinted the engine which caused for additional issues with the mount and causing my clutch to go out because of the shifting of the engine. I contacted them when I was fixing the clutch and they said to bring it in and they would mount the engine. I took it in and they then charged me $250 they claim is a discounted fee but was the same price quoted by the repair shop that I fixed the clutch at. Do not use these guys unless you expect them to do other then they commit to and unfinished repair project. I was a loyal customer until now do not use these guys for any sort of major repair. maybe for tires or oil change.

I recently took my son's truck in to have the muffler replaced. We mentioned that it was intermittently making some other noises (previously menitoned to the dealer and they couldn't find anything). They quickly diagnosed the issue and called back with a few different options. They didn't try to persuade us to go with the most expensive option. In fact, they mentioned that they would go with the cheaper version if it were their vehicle. The repairs required a day to complete (due to parts delivery). We've used Thomas Tire before and we will definitely use them again. We love having a reputable organization that we trust as our primary auto maintenance company. Thanks Doug and team!

I have been using Thomas Tire for all my vehicles needs for many years and do not have a bad thing to say.They are good working people.I don't always like what work needs to be done but they are straight forward and honest.I will always use they're excellent service

Thomas Tire is HORRIBLE! RUN the other way! They're very DISHONEST. The first time we ever went there it was because our car wouldn't start. We towed it to Thomas Tire. We also told them to check the heater in our car because it wasn't as strong as it normally was. So they checked the air conditioning and told us that we would need to pay $510.00 to take the consol out of our car and go through the whole system. They said that if we didn't, then our car would eventually completely fall apart. When I called other places and asked if that was needed they laughed. We just flushed out the system for $80. That was two and a half years ago, and our heater is great. Also, when I asked why our car wouldn't start, they said they had forgotten about that. Turns out there was a HUGE crack in the container that hold the water in our car. They didn't notice. I have a family member that comes to Thomas Tire CONSTANTLY and it makes me mad, because I think that they purposely don't fix things on their car, so the costumer will come back.. then they overprice them again and again. The second time we went there(gah) my husband was stranded after hitting a curb in the middle of the night Christmas shopping, and he brought it to Thomas Tire. He, and I decided never again. Thomas Tire estimated the repairs at $803.00. We called other places with the list of "broken items" that Thomas Tire said was broken. They said that was really far fetched that all those things would be broken, but it they were thats how much they would cost. We towed it to another place, and MOST of the items they said were broken were NOT BROKEN! We paid $340. roughly to get everything fixed at the Tunex in Bountiful. Some people swear by Thomas Tire "because of the way they were acting", but if they looked at the actual car I think that would see that Thomas Tire is lying to them, or did the damage themselves. If you know someone like that just ask them one question: How frequently do you guys have to go back?

It's important for a female to not feel like they duped when going to a mechanic. We have used Thomas Tire for years, referred them to many of our friends, family and co-workers, and have always been thanked for the referral.

Do not have them do work to your car at all! I put a new steering rack in my car (12hr job) and then took it to them for an alignment (30 min job) and they managed to mess my rack up with out saying anything. Now that the whole rack has gone out they will not do anything other than give me a free alignment. No way are they ever touching my car again.

We've used Thomas Tires for the past 10 years... they are fabulous! I feel like they fix what needs to be done, but don't drill up business for themselves. They let us know when something needs to be repaired but can wait, and also what isn't worth fixing. My only con is they can get very busy, so sometimes it takes a few days to get my car in. Worth it though!

As someone who knows absolutely nothing about cars, it is absolutely essential that I have a mechanic I can trust, and the people at Thomas Tire have never let me down. They repair what they need to, they advise if something will need attention in the future but can wait, and even discourage repairs if it's just not worth saving. I have never once felt like they were trying to make money or take advantage and have been grateful for the many times they have gone the extra mile to take care of us and our vehicles.

My wife had a flat while I was out of town. Thomas Tires came out to the house and picked up our wheels and completely took care of it for her. I would highly reccomend them to any friend. They go way the extra mile with their customer service. They were honest with me on which tires would be best and put my needs before their profit.

I feel that I can trust Thomas Tire center with any problem or question that I may have about my vehicles. The are very knowledgable, have very competetive prices, and have come very highly recomended to me be many other prople that I trust. Especially as a woman, I don't feel like the see me coming and think about taking advantage of my lack of automotive knowledge. I don't even take my car anywhere else first.

Thomas Tire Center has been taking care of all of my cars, trucks, trailers, and motorhomes, for over 20 years. I would not take them anywhere else. They are the most honest and qualified staff you will ever find anywhere. I highly recommend them.
