I had a a line done by Alfredo an It was really really good. He styled it an everything to make sure it was a good cut. The salon was pretty clean could be cleaner but not bad. The staff was way friendly. They have a tv but it wasn't on maybe the should get family moves to play since mostly family's were there during my vist.

I'm sad to read the reviews on my store.We are under new managment as of march 2013. I have a amazing team, waiting to help any an all guest to love there help. please come out give my staff a shot, dont punish us for the past. I was told not to go to Fantastic Sams but I was desperate for a quick trim. I had my hair cut there before buy a young man who was alright, he was accurate. Marsha cut my hair this time and took 6”off the back and 7-8” from the sides depending on where one looked. I’d asked for a ½ to 1 inch trim. When I saw globs of hair fall I looked up at Marsha to ask her to stop and she was looking at another person while chopping my hair. I had to get my new short, chopped mess repaired by a hairdresser at Landis. She told me that if anyone there let someone walk out of the salon with such a haircut he/she would be fired. She gave me a $10.00 discount after looking at my hair because she felt badly for me. I used to have long hair, not now. It will take years for my hair to grow back to what it was before I sat in Marsha’s chair. When I talked to her about it she told me that she’d fix it (no way) as she continued sweeping. Use your eyeballs.
