We've had an American Eagle for several years to aerate our pond. Our yard service guy got into it with his tractor, and did a fair amount of damage to two legs and a cross support.
I called American Eagle, told them our tale of woe and asked to order parts. He said, "I won't hurt you.." :) and didn't. He sent the parts with an invoice, which was very reasonable.
Along with what I ordered were spare parts and hardware.
Excellent support for an excellent product.
