I went to Deanna's to search for the perfect gown from my summer wedding. When we orginally went to the shoppe to the make the appointment the staff was wonderful and very imformative. On the day of our actual bridal appointment, the staff was cleaning up as if their work day was done. I kindly told them I had an appointment and they were shocked. The woman before wrote down the appointment two weeks before in the books and also had me on file. Supposedly they called my home number over the weekend (Friday night and Saturday) and because there was no response and I never called back in this three day window in between my Monday night appointment, they canceled my appointment. Luckily the staff was accommodating enough to take myself, my mother and bridesmaid up to their bridal boutique to try on dresses.



The dresses were absolutely gorgeous! They have only Maggie Sottero's and Jasmine's but the styles and stock are phenomenal. The owner does a wonderful job of fitting gowns that look best on you! I was completely calm, and trusted her knowledge of the bridal business. All appointments are one and one and the individual attention is key.



The only thing holding me back to do business with them in this policy of canceling appointments if you do not get back to them. To be honest, there was no record on them on my caller id and no message left on the machine. Either they had the wrong number or never even called.
