My package said it was supposed to come around 5-6 days ago. The first 3 days UPS said it was left in the trailer (probably because of weather conditions). Today they said it was off to be delivered... it's 8:30pm and I just got the notification that it's back at the distribution center in West Sacramento. This is ridiculous.

I am seriously upset an disappointed in the careless and negligent actions of they way they deliver. I ordered an paid for a laptop online and it was to be delivered by UPS. Well UPS claims it was delivered on the 4th of this month between 11am-12pm. I was here at home all that day an nobody showed up or even knocked on my door! They claim it was left at door. What kind of business just lets their delivery drivers just put it on the ground in front of someone's door an just walk away! So they claim they delivered it..really? Where is the evidence,the proof it was delevered. My neighbors said they never even seen a UPS truck outside the apartment or in our parking lot. So where is my package,my "LAPTOP". Im on disability an its sad when you get lied to an ripped off by a businnes. I want the person who claims they delivered it HELD ACCOUNTABLE AN RESPONSIBLE FOR their careless an irresponsible actions!! Common sense should of told them to just take it to the apartment complex office!!! Im within my legal rights to freedom of speech. And if this is not resolved then i will be taking legal actions! Playin games with somebodys disability income an their property that ARE responsible for is a down rite shame n disgrace!!! Cant trust UPS

A package I sent to my niece was at this location, missing her apt. number & was going to be returned to me in Nevada the next day unless she could pick it up, my niece doesn't have transportation so I called & spoke to Susanne15 minutes before they were closing. She found the package, called me & corrected the address so that it could be sent out to her the next day! THANK YOU SUSANNE!
