This place is dangerous for young children. We have been twice. The first time when I asked about the toddler room I was told it was closed due to a camp. We decided to try the regular room and my toddlers had a blast until groups of older kids started arriving. The older kids pushed and ran over the top of the younger kids. The only staff member is the one who takes your money. So if parents don t pay attention to their kids then you have to protect your own children from poorly socialized hooligans. When we left (very soon after they opened) the lady at the desk seemed concerned and recommended we come back during a Family Fun Night when the toddler room would be open. So we tried again on a Friday Night. The toddler room has a hug climbing structure that is clearly not meant for toddlers. There is nothing indicating the room is for toddlers so again the older kids controlled the room leaving nothing safe for toddlers. The Bounce Spot clearly ignores its own safety rules. Nearly every bounce structure has a warning not to use unless an attendant is present, but there is *NO* staff in the actual play rooms. The rules state that only kids of similar ages should share a bounce structure. This is very important for safety. However, it is impossible for parents to enforce such a rule and the Bounce Spot staff isn t in the rooms so the rule gets ignored.

Please take your kids somewhere else or keep them home. The Bounce Spot is a dangerous facility!
