It’s September and Cabs just finished my first fall tune up. Paul and Roman were as always on time and friendly. Cabs replaced my furnace, A/C unit and all of my ducts last February (2018). They were way cheaper than the bigger names that you hear advertising on the radio around Sacramento, by $4000.00 or more! and the other places weren’t even going to replace my ducts! Cabs did fantastic work and everyone I’ve met from Peter who came out and gave me my quote, to everyone in the office and the guys who installed ( Paul, Daniil and even Peter stopped by to help ) are awesome and super nice people. I can’t say enough good things about Cabs.

Wow, is all I can say. I have not received this great of customer service in sometime. From the initial call to my unit being fixed, CABS did an excellent job. They were so patient with me when I was freaking out about my unit not working. They put me on the service route as soon as they could. The techs showed up when they were scheduled and it was a problem free repair. Thanks so much.

CABS Heating and Air installed a new A/C unit for us. They entire staff were very good about explaining everything to us. Their work appears to be very good and the techs were considerate about keeping things neat and clean. I would gladly feel comfortable using CAB’s services again.

I recently contracted CABS Heating and Air to replace our AC/heat unit and all of the duct work. We had originally obtained several bids from competitors and selected CABS not only because of price, but mainly because of the time that Peter had spent talking us through what would be involved with this major update. Just as he committed to, they were on time, considerate of our home by cleaning up after the job and explained everything before leaving. As is often the case, the real test of service comes after the sale. We had a minor adjustment issue that needed addressing and they did so promptly and with the same consideration of our time as prior to the sale. I would definitely recommend CABS Heating and Air for AC/heat work and will most certainly be using them for regular service in the future. Thanks again guys!

My heater wouldn't even turn on for me on one of the coldest mornings so far this year. I had a friend tell me to give CABS Heating and Air a call. They were out there that day and it turned out only to be a fuse. Needless to say, they fixed the problem and were on their way. Honest and professional!!

I called CABS Air Conditioning and Heating when our A/C unit wasn't turning on... Very prompt professional services, incredibly knowledgeable, made recommendations in regards to A/C unit maintenance. I absolutely will use this company again and definitely would recommend calling CABS for your AC/heater needs!

I just want to say how impressed I was with CAB’s customer service before, but I think it has gotten even better, they go above and beyond. I joined their Maintenance Club for my new system and they have been diligent in getting the appointments set and coming out when they say they would, and always so courteous and kind. I think if they continue to run as they do, they will go far, I am so glad to have business such as these form in West Sacramento.

This company was recommended to me by my co-worker, who used them when her AC broke during the Summer. She raved about what great service she had received and how comfortable she felt using them. I was already in the market for a new unit since mine was very very old, but that turned into an emergency when it gave out right in the beginning of the cold season. BRRRR, I cannot stand cold.



I shopped around a few places, since installations are not cheap, and I wanted to get the best deal. I finally decided to go with CABS because of the recommendation I received, their very compatible price and how easy it was to talk to the tech that came out to give me an estimate. I had a a list of questions for him and he explained everything patiently and clearly.



To make a long story short: Everything my co-worker said about them was true and more... from my first phone call to CABS, to the end of the job (install) I was nothing but pleased. Such professionalism and integrity is not often seen anymore in our day and age. I will be using them for all my maintenance needs, as well as recommending them to my family & friends. Highly Recommended!
