Replaced all my tires here and was offered the insurance. They gave me a great deal on the tires and I bought the insurance and I'm glad I did I needed it a few months later. Great service and very fast.

I purchased 4 new Michlelin tires Aug 15th at this site. I had called them for info about the tires and was given prices and told about a rebate offer on the Michelin tires. When I got there yesterday, i asked for the person who helped me on the phone-Mr. A. He placed my order and asked if I wanted the extra coverage service which covered any damage to the tires like punctures, nail damage etc.. I said no thank you. (That was an extra $80+ that I wasn't budgeted for that). Mr. A took the order and left. I got no more info from him other than letting me know that my car was serviced & ready to go.

Meantime, another energetic and alert salesman, Mr. K, was there so I talked to him, and completed the transaction, so I thought. I left and went to the car and realized I wasn't given the rebate papers by Mr. A so I went back in and talked with the Mr. K. I was given the paperwork for the rebate to do online or mail in. This young man was helpful, pleasant, and had great energy. He is an asset to the company. I felt that because I didn't buy the extra coverage, Mr. A didn't see any reason to help me anymore. If I have to go back for any reason I would definitely ask for Mr. K.
