Bait and switch. I had my car at a different service provider, and I called here for a price quote for some repairs last Friday. The woman who answered conferred with the service department, and provided a quote. My car was towed there by AAA on the basis of this quote.

Now, they want to slap on an additional $120 diagnostic fee that wasn't in the quote. I'm told 1) she shouldn't have done that, 2) she never guaranteed a price, and 3) they won't honor it. Prime Honda has decided to follow the time-honored tradition of scumbag service centers lying to clients.

Iwould not recommend am unethical place like this to anyone. Everyone makes mistakes - but good companies make them right.
