EmailIn May of 1989, the Smith family opened Stonehedge in a building known by the locals as "The Hedges". Boasting a 70 seat dining room and 125 seat banquet hall for weddings and other special events. There have been many changes over the years. The banquet room decor, service staff, wine list and most recently, some items on the menu have been updated or changed. There has been one constant at Stonehedge over the years and that is executive chef/general manager Tony Smith. Under his watchful eye, his kitchen has been providing consistently great food for over 25 years. Because of Tony's demand for high quality in his ingredients and preparations, you can expect the same level of excellence every time you dine.
