Called to get information about their diagnostic fee (and if it would go towards the repair cost). Also politely tried to get an estimate by giving him very specific details about what was already attempted to fix the problem. Finally I asked about their current work load and when I might expect the job to be completed.

Apparently those questions are unreasonable because the guy flipped out and accused me of "trying to get a free diagnosis" and "asking him to do the impossible".

I don't want enraged people working on my vehicle so I took it elsewhere.
