Do not move here....There is a person in the office stealing your payments claiming they have not received your payment when it clearly goes into a locked office door mail slot and its a money order made out to Tavares Cove so therefore only a signer on their account can take your payment. Not to mention the water company is 1 account and instead of splitting the water between the residence they send u a large water bill of over $200 and do not post your payments so therefore your paying the water twice. The neighbors are scavengers...the day before moving out neighbors were stealing items off my porch. After making 1 move load when I came back to get more items neighbors were inside my personally owned trailer stealing my items. I was gone 1 day came back to get my items from my porch and the neighbors stole everything including my steps. The neighbors went through my trash pile leaving garbage all over the place. Save yourself and your families from living here. Half of the residents are not even legal US citizens. They also cut the lock off of my shed and stole my items. This place likes to fine you for things that every neighbor does on a regular basis without being fined only those that own or have their trailer paid off get fined or the lot rent raised yearly. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS TRAILER PARK !!!! They will be hearing from my lawyer! I do not want to rate this park or give them a star but it will not allow me to post without rating so for me their rating is - 100
