I’ve lived here over 4 months and there are still issues that haven’t been fixed as promised. If you can help it don’t deal with this company. They will not fix any issues and continuously give you the runaround. The apartment is patched together by unhandy men. No positive review can possibly be true. Good luck elsewhere

Please stray away from this company. We used them to manager a rental property and they did absolutely nothing when it came to non- payment issues with my tenants. The wife Rosie, is ill educated and unprofessional. Their staff has no sense of urgency who so ever. There is a saying for the; "you get what you pay for". Stay away and use a reputable company. Most companies will charge 10%.

I would give 0 stars if i could. they don't care about people. Watch out you been warned. Bought a house that they flip has been nothing but problems.
