We are a private assisted living facility located in Palm Beach. As the owner, adminstrator and Registered Nurse our standards are high in our community at Path of Life. Our experience with the geriatric population has allowed us to continue to serve & support our residents & there families over the years. Our warm, experienced and friendly staff provides personalized  
care to each of our residents. What is different about us is that we are not a large institution. We are a small-homelike environment with all the emenities of a large facility. This allows higher quality and individualized care which includes assistance with ADLs, proper & personal stimulation, higher standards in providing medical & nutritional care. 
Each resident is assessed and given a plan of care that includes all aspects of a person's needs. We include family as part of our team. Each member of staff is carefully picked & screened in order to maintain our standards of care as well as provide a loving and safe community. Our team is specialized in providing support to the resident and family during a move & transition period and during their course of stay. We acknowledge the sensitivity & guidance that is needed during this process. We also provide a special team that may guide you or your family with financial resources and guidance.
