These guys are a joke. Had an appointment set up at my tenant's townhouse to replace the tile in the shower floor. (A 3 hour job)The work was to be done at 10:30 in the morning so I advised my tenant. She altered plans to be home as did my wife who was also going to be there with her. The secretary calls about 10:35 saying that the truck had a flat tire and they would be there once it was repaired. Never heard from them again after numerous calls............ As a side note They NEVER return calls...You have to keep calling them!!!!!!!!!!
