I am a hairdresser, I have had pedicures all my life. I went here ONCE and came away with a mediocre pedi, BUT a few weeks later when I took the polish off, my whole nail was damaged, and had separated from my skin. She had grabbed a dremmel, and tried to drill away the cuticle. I made her stop. The nail that she drilled is cut halfway through and has fungus. In order to treat it, my nail had to be removed where it was infected. the result is I halve half a toenail, and cant get a pedi for at least six months. Certainly will never go here, and you shouldnt either

Possibly the worst place I've ever been to. They thinned out my eyebrows, my feet were in so much pain, AND BLEEDING, after a pedicure, and because of the terrible service, I decided not to tip. The woman who did this terrible work (the African American) was the only one in the shop. So once she sees I'm leaving without tipping her she catches an attitude, sees I'm having trouble swiping my credit card, walks away and never comes back out. I'd never go there again. HOWEVER, Forever 21 nails & spa is a plaza over, and it's where I've been going since the incident. Nice people, awesome work, beautiful salon.
