HCI is a great hands on learning experience. They have incredible instructors that are PBC Fire Rescue personnel that teaches from real life experiences but respects National educational protocols. Phil Botting and Dr. Irene Poulos are instrumental in seeing that students are completely engaged and adhering to State requirements. Nothing but accolades for this school. I learned ACLS protocols, algorithms and drugs in first semester! Learned how to start an IV and give a fluid bolus first two weeks of first semester. HCI is NOT pissing around! You get your money's worth!

Just graduated nursing last Friday!!!
We had are ups and downs as any school I have attended but over all great people and willing to take time to help you!!

Entire staff including admin and ems were very helpful also!!

I enjoyed the time i was there. I expanded my thought process "outside the box" and succeeded with great instrutors. The skills were a great learning experience. I loved the book, it is enjoyable to read. If you are called to be EMT/Paramedic, this is the place for you
