This place allows criminally loud car stereo business to shake neighbors houses and set off car arlarms. Many complain to management and the say just call the cops if you don't like it. Be careful renting here .

Really convenient place- all the units are on the ground level. Great prices and no gimmicks. Nice front desk people too!

I have had many experiences in renting trailers from U-Haul, at various locations, and with two successive trailer rentals from Easy Self Storage I can conclusively say that the rental process that I experienced with the personnel there was among the friendliest, most courteous, and efficient that I have known. This was not my first encounter with rental storage facilities, but I can definitely say that the facilities provided and the customer care which my wife and I experienced were vastly superior to all previous experiences. I cannot think of any negative occurrence during any of my dealings with this company, either in person or by phone. The computerized cameras throughout the facilities provide 24/7 observation of storage units and security, which can be monitored on-site or remotely by the management. Controls for entry to the facility and secure locking of storage units and hours of access are quite convenient. I highly recommend this storage facility and its excellent service with the U-Haul rentals.

The owner is a complete Jerk. They agree to one thing over the phone, and then do something different. They tell everyone who rents from them that they check the units on a daily basis. This is an absolute lie. Do not trust this place with your belongings. They don't care as much about the stuff as they preach. The owner will begin yelling at you over the phone and hang up the phone if you question things. Very poor customer service and people skills. Also needs to attend some sort of management class.
