When I walked in the door, I was greeted by a welcoming receptionist, who was smiling and friendly. She reassured me of the common anxiety of a first time patient. (I came to get my vasectomy reversed). I sat down and started reading one of the car magazines, from a wide selection. A quick wait, and I was then asked to enter the rooms. Overall, it was a great experience, (as great as a vasectomy reverseal can be!). Dr. Hellerstein vividly described the anatomy of what was going on, and answered every question from why to how. After the visit, I was called for a check on how the procedure went. From the friendly staff to all the magazines, Dr. Hellerstein made the visit as pleasant as possible. Best urologist on the block and a great experience, 5 stars for me!
