I places a takeout order that was supposed to take 15 minutes. Asked about it 30 minutes later, and they said it wasn't ready but should be any minute so I could pay to be ready when it came. At the 45 minute point, I asked again. The manager found my order ready to go. However, the order wasn't even warm. Had probably been ready after 15 minutes and sitting 30 minutes.

While that kind of stuff happens, they didn't seem interested in making it right. I could take that cold order or get a refund, and I took the refund. My bad review is more about the lack of concern for mistakes than the mistake itself.

My family and I ate at this location and there were items missing from each of our orders. The waitress waited to make her presence known only after we finished our meal.
