I ran across Chill Wine Merchants while eating at nearby Sushi Joe in West Palm Beach. I stopped into the store to check it out. Pete Meyaart, the owner of the wine store, is an intelligent, friendly and very helpful. His depth of knowledge is amazing. The variety of wines (which are very reasonably priced BTW) made the shopping experience an adventure. I walked out of there with a greater appreciation for wine and two great bottles. I make it a point to stop back whenever I'm in the neighborhood. I have yet to be disappointed with any of my selections. It's almost like Pete can emulate my taste buds. He helps me pick out wines that I truly love to drink.
