i would recommend any one having problem in this store, to contact the owner directly, because sometimes customers think the person works there is the owner.

First of all i love Boost mobil phone service. But i will not do business at the Boost Mobil store on Village Blvd in West Palm Beach.



I purchased a battery for my Transform Ultra at the Boost Mobil in West Palm Beach. A First of all the owner said he didn't sell original Samsung batteries so i purchased a generic battery for $25. After a week of use i tried to take the battery back because it was worse than the old worn out battery it relplaced. The battery would not hold a charge for more than a few hours. The owner said that he never takes back batteries and would not take this one back. This guy has no customer service skills.
