As usual, we took our car to CarMax and once they check out the car,then tell you what is all wrong with it, why they are offering you so low, and then TRY to sell you a car, they went low on the appraisal. It really annoys me since I just want an appraisal not buying there! Of course the dealership is even lower than CarMax. Now this company, I was very cautious since I have never heard of it until I heard about it in the radio. I figure if they are paying for advertisement on the radio they should be good. I did my searches and even a BBB on them and it all looked good. Well we called them and they came out on a Monday afternoon and they beat the price by $250.00. Hey $250.00 we do not have to take out of our pockets to pay off the car. They were in and out in less than 15 minutes. Very courteous, very understandable and professional. If you are not satisfied with CarMax, which we were not, call them up! It's free in regards to them coming out, no obligation. Can't beat that. We recommend them highly!
