Marc owes me over $11,700.00 in rent money he collected and never paid be as best I can figure at this point. He let people stay in my rental property he says and not pay rent. He collected rent and stopped payment on a check because I told him I was getting someone else to manage the property. He sent me a statement saying that he sent me payment that I did not get. He deducted for repairs that were not made.
