The staff is rude. The wait is an hour in the waiting room and then another hour in the exam room. If you have any allergies, forget it. They won't research a drug, vaccine, or treatment. The manager would not assist. I had to get oh the phone with the drug rep. Ended up they could not guarantee an adverse reaction to their injectible medication. The doctor was going to give me the shot without looking into it. I had to spend 20 minutes looking up a number in another state to find the manufacturer.



In any other office the staff would handle this situation. In the ER I could not get a tetanus shot because they took the time to research ingredients. Shame on you at STAT Health.
