Unfortunately this experience went from great to awful. David managed to get me what I wanted under a time constraint. However, it arrived damaged. He promised to replace the damaged part, but it took him three months. When it finally got resolved I released the hold on my credit card, but his own bank held back the funds, so what does he do? Threatens to sue me, I'm sure purchases here will go well, as long as nothing is damaged.
