This looks like a great florist. Unfortunately, the website address on the Yellow Pages site is incorrect. It should read www.westsideflowerandgiftshop.com and instead they added an "s" after flower, so you are directed to a generic website. Once I figured that out, I selected my flowers from their terrific selection. I had almost completed my order and had to select a delivery date. However, there is an error on the page for delivery dates. You cannot select a delivery date and the system will not allow you to complete the transaction without one. So I clicked on the "Call me" button. It called me back immediately, but the ring on the other end sounded like I was calling England (two short buzzes instead of one long one here). It didn't matter because the system ended the call when no one answered. THEN I called them directly on their 800 number since they give their hours of operation as 8-5 M-F. I called at 8:10 and no one answered and that line hung up on me after a while. So I waited until 8:25 and called again. No answer. I gave up and called McMullen Florists (318) 325-9611 and the owner answered in person and was extremely helpful.
