Terrible customer service, employees who are curt and selfrighteous. When I called to ask about an item in stock I was assured the grill would be there when I came to pick it up. When I came in the store to get the item the "associate" couldn't even bother taking the food from her mouth before talking with me the customer. We asked if they had what we were told they would have over the phone and their responce was so rude and condescending I could hardly believe it. All in all I am glad they didn't have what we wanted because we found it for a better price from someone who appriciates making a sale and gaining a lifetime customer.

Best place to get a barbeque - Garden/water features are bar none. Great staff - really an old school place to shop
