I was excited to move from california in to our beautiful apartment in west linn after viewing it. We were hoping our application would be accepted as it was our first choice. I told the property manager, sharon ransome, to make sure the apartment was cleaned and ready for my toddler for our move in. I specifically asked to make sure the window rails were cleaned. Geez was I blown away by their treatment od tennants! I immediately called them after arriving to our filthy home. The kitchen cabinets and counters had food stuck on them, bathrooms and drawers had lots of pubic hair, walls with some kind of human excrement ie. boogers, blood, and other unidentifiable matter, toilets with urine streaming down the bottom, shower doors white with calcium, bath door rails covered in brown gunk, refrigerator with food caked on the shelf, and the blinds and windows were dirty and full of dead bugs. The only thing they did do was vaccuum. We took pictures of everything. They did not clean the apartment nor did they reimburse us for the cleaning bill. The blinds in my baby room did not come with rods and i had to open the blinds by hand every morning for months because they failed to provide us with the missing parts. I am currently debating whether to file small clams and report them to BBB. The attorneys sent them a letter, along with the pictures, and they wrote back saying we were being outrageous. Please be aware of their business practices. I am sure there is something going on with the company as a whole, or perhaps it may just be a few individuals in the company pocketing the cleaning expenses. I am very surprised and very disappointed that a woman of a company can continue to do business in this lowly manner. I have googled their company and have found a few reviews with similar situations. I am certain they will continue to do this to future tennants if i do not take any action. Please heed my warning and stay away from these immoral people. It is rare to come across people in busines to blatantly lie and deny any wrongdoing. How shameful.
