Excellent experience here! Always friendly and great talented stylists

Extremely rude staff. Got there at 6:30pm, they close at 8pm. There were 4 staff, and only 2 were actually working. I was told I'd need to wait only 10 minutes. After 25 minites, nobody had bothered to apologize to me or even acknowledge my presence. 2 staff were still chatting away, DOING NOTHING, and the other 2 couldn't have cared less I was there. At 7pm, I just stood up and left. If they don't appreciate or want my business, I'll gladly oblige them. Worst hair salon experience I've ever had! STAY AWAY!

...you don't want to fix your hair when you get home, don't go here. My husband had to fix his haircut and I had to fix my wax. It's too expensive, I would have rather taken my chances at a Fantastic Sams.
