I use Tric extensively to have my customers classic vehicles brought to my shop. I use Rick because he does NOT do damage to these very expensive vehicles. I also use Tric to rescue my customers that have experienced a breakdown and are desperate for help, at ANY hour, and Tric has towed from a number of very off the beaten path locals for me. Thanks Rick.

I was told misinformation when first approached by the driver. I did not call them the West Jordan police did. I was treated very poorly, told to Shut Up by the owner. My vehicle would not be released to my insurance company unless I was there when they came to get it. This was after I was hit by an untoxicated driver and my wife was injured. If at all possible avoid letting this company any where near your vehicle.

None of the employees know what information you need in order to release a car from their impound I called multiple times for days and no one told me the proper information until finally I got the owner who was rude and belligerent. I've never worked with such a horrible company is if I had a choice
