Jordan Hills Elementary School serves approximately 1,100 students on a year-round schedule in kindergarten through grade six. The school conducts special classes in speech and language therapy and special education. It has a team of guidance counselors that works with the faculty, students and parents to facilitate academic success and personal development of its students. Jordan Hills Elementary School s staff has literacy facilitators and assistants who provide direct services to students who require additional help with their reading goals. The school operates a parent-teacher association that meets regularly to coordinate school programs and volunteer services, as well as provides individual tutoring for children and helps teachers with classroom needs.
