Jim Bridger Elementary serves more than 700 students in kindergarten through sixth grade. The school offers a range of subjects, including math, English, science and social studies. It serves hot lunch to students under an agreement with the Department of Education to participate in the National School Lunch Program. Jim Bridger Elementary also participates in the Utah Behavior Initiative Project. The school has a library that houses general reference materials, magazines, dictionaries, biographies and atlases. Its child care program provides a safe and educational environment to students. The school s extracurricular programs include arts and crafts, indoor and outdoor recreation and quiet time activities. Located in West Jordan, Utah, Jim Bridger Elementary is a part of the Granite School District.
