Absolutely amazing service. I worked with Mike Strand (the Manager), and I can't speak highly enough about him. Professional, Personable, Knowledgeable = Perfection. If you want an amazing deal on the perfect mattress, head on over to the Sit 'n Sleep on 969 N La Brea Ave. in West Hollywood, and work with Mike. He'll make sure that you get a mattress that works for YOU. You'll be glad that you did.

I highly recommend Sit n Sleep in West Hollywood if you're looking for a new bed. They bent over backwards for me. They even gave me a discount the day after I bought my bed when I noticed that there prices was a bit cheaper on their website than what they charged me. Today I bought the mattress protector, (day after the Memorial Day sale), and forgot to ask for the 10% discount. I called and told them I forgot to ask for it and they honored it. The manager, (Jennifer), didn't even ask for my account information. She knew me and told me she would take care of it. The funny thing is that when I walked in to buy the mattress protector, the manager asked me if my name was Matthew. She recognized my voice from our phone conversation. My bed salesperson was Mike, my mattress protector salesperson was Karen, (because Mike was off today), both were a pleasure to work with. Sit n Sleep, GREAT SERVICE! :)
