His uniquely qualified understanding of the human body and physical movement is the result of his combined years of study and practice. A graduate of the prestigious Balanced Body University Pilates Instructor Certification Program, he also has a degree in Physical Education, a customized degree as a Fitness Specialist, various yoga certifications, as well as other fitness certifications. Robert understands that every "body" is different. He trains his clients based on body condition, body type, functional movement, personality, goals, injuries, and limitations. From general stretch and tone workouts to extreme, sports-focused training, his dedicated work ethic progresses into proven results for each and every client.
