Don't use this company! Almost all the good reviews you will read are written by company employees. If you go to their Facebook page as opposed to here most of them admit to being employees. Yet when I go to outside sites like this you see the same faces not mentioning anything about working there in their 5 star review. After I write this review they will probably send 4 more employees here to drown it out with shining 5 star reviews.

My experience with them was being called more than 20 times over the course of 2 years because someone had given them my number (which is really easy, and thus people make it up on the spot to bill collector types or pushy salesman they get away from) and unlike every other company ever, they refused to believe it. For TWO years!

They refused to ever let me talk to the manager (always in a meeting 5-7x), or have him call me back as was promised every one of those times. They never tried to Google match the number they were calling to the name I was giving them, they never did anything except ignore what I said and keep calling and asking for a guy named tyler. Finally I registered my number on a federal do not call list and informed them of this the next time they called. A week later they called me again. Only way to resolve it was to keep blocking their numbers they were calling from. Be wary of a company that has its employees actively rating it up and attacking people who have anything negative to say about being treated poorly!

Me and my family have used Bugnappers Since 2006. They always do a fantastic job. We never have any problems if we need them to come back out. They Definitely stand by their 100% Satisfaction guarantee. plus my price never goes up.

Was told about them from a good friend. Was VERY clear on what i wanted done to the salesman. They made three other trips that were not what i asked for or wanted. Was charged for all of it and threatened with collections. I would strongly advise not using them.
