Brain represent me in the family case and he was awesome attorney He took my case within 24 hours before I had to go in front of the judge when I mean ever attorney that we seen in the courthouse respect to him I was thankful for him I Will recommend him to anyone

I had previously written an unfavorable review, but have since talked to brian, and realized that what had happened was out of his hands. He indeed did fought for me. He is helping me now, and is very understanding of the matters at hand

I agree with the previous reviewer that Brian Desautels is incompetent and I add, dishonest. He represented me in my divorce. I requested the financial statements again and again but never received any. He later lied that I received them but had no proof. His recordkeeping was very poor, his manners toward me, very bad: One day, I had a scheduled appointment with him and while he was meeting with me, someone showed up. He left me to meet with her. He went back and forth between the two of us then left me alone to wait in the room for an hour. I was going thru a divorce so I was not thinking straight. I did not want him to make my husband pay the bill since I had already paid him. On the day of the last hearing, he had my husband pay his bill anyway (a large amount that was never accounted for). I was too distraught to fight him and he told me it will take care of everything. After that, he sent me another large bill! After it was over, I filed formal complaints about him and he lied again and again. Someone who once worked for him told me "He lies a lot". He has had at least several formal complaints against him. He is very dishonest. If you hear his name, run!
