This is the most incredible place. The lovely ladies of XES spa came to Trinity College during finals weeks and I had one of the best massages of my life. Lauren took care of me and knew just the amount of pressure to use and did an incredible job working on knots and areas I've had problems with for years. I also got my nails and eyebrows done by the nicest lady, Shelley I think her name was. Feeling like a new person after today! Thank you for being so friendly and incredibly good at what you do, XES spa!

Discovered XES with my girlfriend and we went on my birthday earlier this month- I've since been back twice and i've already scheduled a standing appointment once a month. Excellent front desk service, very warm staff - treated us like we've been clients for years! My girlfriend raved about her therapist, Brenda. Stella has magical hands with her massage treatments and she's quick and efficient with waxing. I've been going to Contours in Bloomfield for years and have been several times to Elements in WH Center. XES is priced lower than both, but have not sacrificed their quality of service by doing so. Clearly I'm a fan of pampering and of being smart with my funds. Also appreciate the electronic scheduling reminders and emailed copies of my receipts. See you in a few weeks Stella!

This was my first visit to Xes Spa and it was FABULOUS! I went in for a manicure and pedicure and ended up getting the works (mani/pedi threading and waxing!) Nessa did an amazing job threading my eyebrows and she is Certifided in shallacing. My nails came out GREAT! At first i was very nervous about getting waxed underneath my arms and legs but the process was actually relaxing. The chocolate wax had a wonderful scent and it left my skin smooth and hair free. I can't wait to go back for my Brazilian wax! I will NEVER use a razor again!!

Xes Spa is elegant and classy. I can not wait to bring my friends. I went to the spa to get my eye brows threaded. I have had this done before in the mall but what a difference. Neesha was so professional and she really did design my brows for my face. The finishing touch with brush on brow tint made the difference. I will be back.

I've started going to Xes Spa for my brazilians and I absolutely love it. Daniela does such an amazing job and everyone there is so friendly. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

My massage from Sarah was amazing. It brought out emotions I never knew existed. I really left de-stressed. This is truly no longer a secret. I have shared my experienced with all of my friends and encouraged them to visit the XES Spa Lounge.

This is an amazing spa with amazing Technicians. I went as a "walk-in" for a manicure and wax (to remove hair from my back). Danielli, my Technician was absolutely wonderful. She was very thorough and very professional. The previous spa I went to did not do half the job that Xes did and their pricing is very good as well. I would highly recommend them and I will definately return for more treatments.

My visit to XES was my first spa experience – I decided to treat myself to a birthday getaway. Upon entering the spa, I slipped of my shoes, grabbed my slippers and was very excited to begin my “leave it all behind” experience. I was highly impressed by the level of professionalism and service I received. The smooth jazz in the background made the atmosphere all the more calming and the entire space was professionally decorated (I’m told Evelyn designed everything herself). I appreciated the questionnaire I was given to complete because that reassured that this would be a custom experience just for me. I was very pleased and had an amazing birthday experience! The follow up phone call by Evelyn cemented me as a customer for life! I will definitely be returning with my girlfriends in May for another massage and my first facial!

I called XES on a Monday morning, I had never been before and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism and customer service my friend and I received. Being familiar with spas, I must say the atmosphere was calming and expertly decorated, we were greeted with slippers and a beverage, and the polish colors were presented to us as we relaxed in the reception area. Once our services began, we were offered a delicious sparkling wine and an attention to detail I have not previous experienced in any spa pedicure I'd ever had! We were so pleased and had an absolutely wonderful afternoon! I will never go anywhere else for a pedicure, and I will certainly be recommending XES to my friends and family!

My husband purchased the 88 minute massage for me as we just had our first child and he thought it would be well appreciated, and it was! Upon entering you take off your shoes and are given slippers, to begin the "leave it all behind" experience. Going up stairs, I was greeted by Evelyn Manson-Miller (the owner herself). I was welcomed into a lounge area that was very nicely decorated, clean and sleek. I was asked if I wanted tea and they have an array of fine herbal teas. There was smooth jazz playing and I filled out a brief questionnaire as to my own personal preferences and any certain areas which I would like more focus on. It was a very personal experience. Nina did the massage and she was fantastic. Upon the end of the massage I was given a bottle of water and was brought into another lounge area where I was able to continue relaxing. The spa smells wonderful and the decor provides a nice clean atmosphere perfect for the ultimate experience. I can't wait to go back, it is the perfect place for couples, a girs day or to just sneak in yourself to be totally pampered!!!!!

My husband and I had our 4th wedding anniversary on 1/29/11, and we wanted to pamper ourselves for the day & relax from the everyday stressors of life. Xes Spa Lounge was exactly what we needed; the ambiance and the aroma immediately put us in a relaxed state. Evelyn was very welcoming and amicable she made us feel like the entire spa was reserved just for the two of us! The décor in the waiting and lounge room are very tastefully done, we were served tea while we waited (that alone earned brownie points with my husband). The staff was very professional and informative with great attention to detail. Once we were finished with our wonderful and relaxing couples massage Evelyn had a very nice and unexpected treat for us, Champaign, chocolate truffles and a beautiful anniversary card! We have already scheduled our next appointment and are sure to become regulars to the Lounge. We enjoyed the entire overall experience and look forward to our next visit.

I have been looking for a new spa and i have found it! XES spa is just what i have been searching for! Its cozy and intimate! they make you feel so comfortable and relaxed! i just got my first brazilian wax and they were wonderful! i am definately going back! i already made my next two appointments!

I had my first professional facial in x years (er, decades) and was immediately impressed with the elegant decor and calming smells. The brief questionnaire revealed an attentiveness to the customer - from the music selection for the session to my preference of cleansing textures - bar, gel, creme, etc. The furnishings were top tier showroom, with small elegant touches such as fresh roses discreetly displayed.



The session itself was fantastic. In a relaxed, aromatic atmosphere, the skin specialist explained each step, explained the product being used, and provided notice of changes in temperatures. It was so soothing I almost fell asleep!



The results were instantly apparent! My skin looked rejuventated and felt silky - I couldn't keep my hands off. I left with a radiant glow, education, appropriate products, and an appointment for my next XESperience!

Feeling overwhelmed and weighed down I decide to do something for me for a change. Going into the Elegant Consignment on Park I notice a new sign XES Spa Lounge. I walked up th stairs to check it out. The aroma immediately started to remove the tension as I was greeted by the owner inviting me to take a look. The waiting area is so beautifully decorated. I must of had Stress written all over my face, as I was asked to have a seat and was offered something to drink. I started to read Oprah's book on Happiness and did not realize 30 minutes had passed. The sounds of jazz was so soothing made it very difficult to leave. I was looking at the XES Makeup and Manson-Miller asked if I would like a quick make-over. I am not one to wear makeup but I excepted her offer. Within five minutes I was transformed into a new person. Not only did I look beautiful I felt beautiful. I recommend if you are not have a good day take a drive over to the spa it worth it. Even thou I was not having a treatment I was treated like a queen!

My visit to XES Spa lounge was very needed. I usually travel far out to get the experience of a queen, however, little did I know that it was right in my neighborhood. The atmosphere, aromas, especially the service was excellent. One thing that stood out than other spa's, that I have experienced is the chic, interior design of the salon. XES was very clean and that's one aspect that I am very big on.The massage was great, my over worked shoulder pains are gone. So I will be returning and I am defiantely recommended XES Spa lounge to all my friends and women I don't know.

XES Spa Lounge On Park is absolutely delightful! My husband and I were visiting Hartford, CT for a weekend getaway and XES Spa Lounge was recommended. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the warm and inviting decor. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. As we waited for our service in the lounge, we were offered champagne as we relaxed to the smooth music. Our masseuse, Janette, was awesome! Our massages were absolutely fabulous! The owner even checked in with us to ensure we enjoyed our services. XES Spa Lounge was a unique experience and an absolute treat!
