This place is terrible. They would ask you to leave their store if your baby makes the slightest noise. Will never go back. Rude people.

All of my experiences with this salon have been wonderful. I absolutely love Jen at the front desk, she has a great personality and her knowledge of the products in the salon was exceptional. She was extremely helpful with my skin care needs.Pedro is my hair stylist and I couldn't imagine anyone else doing my hair. He is probably one of the only hair stylists I've had that actually listened to me and then gave me a style that was not only perfect for me when I left the salon but also something I could do at home.Can't wait till my next appointment.

The Manager (S.P.) of the Per Se Aveda Salon in West Hartford, CT is a real mean person who is impatient and unkind. If I were her, I would re-think the way I treat customers. Good service (no matter how difficult the customer), with no sarcastic undertones goes a long way. Just because a person is not familiar with the "salon" way of life, does not mean you have to be pretentious and smug! If you were kind and sympathetic, you would still have my business and many more.

I walked into this salon the other day, and a beautiful young lady with an exceptional personality greeeted me and explained the salon and its products to me.She wasnt pushy or trying to sell me her products, she was just a delight. From there I made an appointment and will be in soon for a workup or maintenance. If more businesses had Liz(I believe her name was) as an employee, our economy would flourish.
