I have been to a few butchers in the area and R&B was the worst! The cuts of meat were great but their customer service was horrible. They lost my order and instead of calling me and leaving a message they called (didn't leave a message) then told a neighbor my meat wasn't ready because they didn't know what I wanted, they changed my order but not by my request, I did not recieve what I ordered and they did not let me know when my cuts were ready. When I called to question why I didn't recieve what I ordered they said that I had called and changed it (I didn't). the last communication I had with them they were rude, not even apologizing for any possible mistakes they had made. So from the time the animal went it has been a circus ride with them and I would not recommend them to anyone. Still waiting 5 weeks later for a portion of my order....

They were very good to us last year. It was our first time bringing an animal to be butchered. They explained what they wanted us to do and their sheet for choosing the cuts was very easy to understand. Our meat came back and I am satisfied that we got back our animal (I have heard tales of other butchers giving back an different animal then what was brought in and also of not receiving certain cuts) and all of the meat cut and packaged nicely. I will use them again this year and hope to for many years to come!
