VERY VERY DISPLEASED

Brought dog in for a heartworm test. Charged $42...which is FINE

But while discussing test results with Dr., he listened to dogs heart and lunch sounds and charged me AN EXTRA $32 saying that constituted AN EXAM!

Had I known he would charge me to take a listen .... which I DID NOT ASK HIM TO DO ... I never would have let him do it!

When I questioned the staff, they got nasty and rude.

I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. RIP OFF ARTISTS
