Bad Customer Service.

To start, I too had a very difficult time finding parking as the lot is so small and difficult to manuever in if you are driving an SUV or anything larger than a sedan. I walked in and have to say that the girl running the desk was professional, but it stopped there. I first got a haircut and throughout the whole experiance my stylist was talking to the stylist next to her. When it was done she walked me back to the front and then I had a massage. It started out well, but 15min into the 1 hour massage I had to ask her to ease up on pressure. After that I had to ask 2 more times. I paid and left more tense then when I came and for the prices I think that's unacceptable. The next day I noticed slight bruising on my back and the hair cut is just so-so. Wouldn't go back.
