I went in to East Dundee, IL Helzberg store to purchase I Am Loved charm bracelet. Saleswoman was VERY rude, told me my credit card was declined. Called bank 1 day later and found that Helzberg had CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD for the amount even though I was told my card had been declined. Called store and they said they have no charge for me and there is nothing they can do. Called bank and they said I have to wait 7-10 days before I can have my money back. Helzberg wouldn't even give ma discount if I was interested in still getting the bracelet. WHAT A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
