I am currently in the process of purchasing my 3rd...yes 1,2,....3 homes from Select Modular Homes and can not be more satisfied! I think that number alone says a lot for this company.....again 3 homes! My first was a basic rancher, second large cape and now a raised rancher with drive under garage and with every house I choose to change things about the house to my own design and could not be happier with the end results. The support and knowledge that the Select Modular team brings is beyond compare! If I could select more then 5 stars for this company...I would!

Absolutwly wonderful if you can tolerate poor communication, broken and empty promises, horrible finish work And excuses for shabby work. We have been told time and time again that they were coming back to fix things that were wrong. They just made it worse. First freeze, broken drain pipe and they blamed it on the modular company, not their fault. More frozen pipes and i am told to get a hair dryer. $300,000.00 for a house and its poorly insulated. Gables and fascia look like a monkey put them up. Waiting since may for them to fix problems. Endless BS from them. Be careful as one sister does the sales, misplaces info, then the other sister is the closer amd doesnt know anything about what you spoke to the other sister about. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
