Very bad maintenance & customer service. They will issue a note about after hours emergency services to contact with but it is absolutely not helpful, they will not help their customers at all. The cost of their monthly rent does not justify their service, their amenities & environment, very expensive. People who work their are horrible.Their amenities are horrible too. Old faucets, old garbage sink disposal that always beak down, old window screens, old bathroom bath tubs, old kitchen stove, the only thing that new is paint. Plus when you have problems with this things it's either you wait for 5 days before they can fix especially if its holiday ( no available person or assigned to help) or they will not help you. Very noisy neighboorhood. When you try to find security guards at night to tell them about the noise they are not available, I don't know where are they hiding or sleeping. But funny thing is they waste money to pay these guards.

I SIGNED THE LEASE JANUARY AND LEFT MARCH.



They Are An Awful Organization! Completely Dishonest and Plastic (just talk to the manager)



YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR SECURITY Deposit BACK AT ALL!!!!



JANET TELLS ME IT’S an $800 DEPOSIT BUT IT’S ACTUALLY $750.00 I FIND.



The manager set-up a walk-through to save my deposit and I was quoted $55.00



($695 refund) after all their BS deductions I got only $199.00!!!!!!!! *****



PARKING IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!



I GOT MY CAR IMPOUNDED EACH MONTH THERE!!!!!!



EVEN AFTER ONE OF THEIR GUARDS DIRECTED ME TO A PARKING SPOT I GOT TOWED!!!



THE ONLY WORDS THE MANAGER TELLS ME IS “WHY DID YOU LISTEN TO THE GUARDS?” I GUESS SHE WANTED ME TO CONTACT HER FOR PERMISSION AT 1AM (COMPLETELY RIGGED)



I SUSPECT THAT THEY HAVE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWING COMPANY AND IT’S SO HORRIBLE FOR LYON MANAGEMENT TO BE DOING THIS TO HARD-WORKING PEOPLE.



THEY EVEN LIED AS TO THE REASON WHY I BROKE THE LEASE SAYING” LOOKING FOR CHEAPER RENT”



THEY ARE FRAUD PLAIN AND SIMPLE.
