Provided by YP.comCAPS West Covina is Awesome!! I appreciate all of the encouragement and support from the entire team. We have been attending for several months and I am very glad that CAPS is near my home and that they are OPEN! What a blessing it has been to me. CAPS is also right next to Cortez park which is a very nice park to go for walks.
